Ordering Process

1. Choose a Lake Map Style

Pick your favorite style to be used as a starting point for the design of your lake map.

2. Personalize

Add a family name, property marker, lake stats, portrait or landscape, size and anything else to make it YOURS.

3. Checkout / Proof Approval

After you checkout I'll make a proof for your approval. I'll design until you're satisfied. No wood is cut until you approve the design.

Hello, I'm John Coughlin. I grew up going up to our family cabin that my Grandpa and Grandma built in 1949. The cabin is a shared family cabin that was passed down to my father and his siblings. I was fortunate enough to spend time not only with my immediate family, but also with cousins, aunts and uncles. Some of my favorite memories were forged in and around the cabin and lake; swimming, fishing, boating, taking saunas and playing cards at the kitchen table. To this day the cabin remains the glue by which our family and extended family is bound. The (fourth-generation) kids are now forging tight bonds with their cousins, neighbors, aunts, uncles and grandparents. All this from a simple cabin with two bedrooms, one bath, no hot water and no TV or radio. Just the way we like it. It is my hope that I can make you a beautiful lake map to evoke YOUR fond memories of your lake and family. Pick-up & Delivery Info

I'll notify you when your map is complete. It will be shipped out via UPS within a few days in a protective cardboard mailer. For quicker service, maps can be picked up at my shop in Saint Paul.
